Role Overview:
We are seeking a Trade Sales Expert to execute local strategies and provide support to our sales teams under the guidance of the Trade Sales Manager. This role is pivotal in driving growth, expanding networks, and ensuring operational excellence in the trade segment for decorative coatings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Trade Sales Manager in action plan development and budget forecasting.
- Enhance sales approaches with trade partners and their sales teams.
- Expand the customer network by onboarding new trade partners and covering more areas.
- Identify solutions and opportunities to improve trade business for partners nationwide.
- Oversee operational activities like supply chain coordination, finance, and marketing support.
- Ensure the availability of sales tools in trade shops, including marketing materials and brochures.
- Conduct weekly planning and frequent visits to trade shops.
- Handle customer inquiries effectively and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Train and coach trade partner sales teams on products, digital tools, and sales strategies.
- Grow the customer database and update CRM systems with leads, contacts, and activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales background, preferably in the decorative coatings industry.
- Experience in developing and expanding networks and customer bases.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
