Job Role
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Certifications in Office Management or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
IT Helpdesk Technician
Job Role
- Provide technical support & assistance to users troubleshooting hardware, software, & network issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets & resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, & maintain computer systems, software, & peripheral devices.
- Assist with user onboarding, account management, & access control.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, & backups.
- Document and track all support activities & resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve processes & enhance system performance.
- Conduct user training sessions on IT tools & applications.
